Explore the natural wonders of Marino Ballena National Park on our guided Naturalist Walk Tour—an immersive experience designed to connect visitors with the rich ecosystems and wildlife of Costa Rica's South Pacific coast. The park features a network of well-maintained trails that encourage seamless interaction between visitors and nature. During this guided walk, you will have the opportunity to observe the diverse flora, fauna, and ecosystems thriving in the area.


Wildlife, Nature, and Culture

We begin our journey by venturing into the park, walking through mangrove zones, secondary forests, and freshwater streams in search of wildlife. During the tour, you may encounter:

  • Howler and capuchin monkeys

  • The iconic sloth

  • Bats

  • Insects such as butterflies and blue morphos

  • A variety of reptiles, birds, and amphibians

In addition to wildlife watching, our expert bilingual guides share fascinating and educational insights throughout the tour.
